No problem! Most of it is V4 clothing adjusted to fit M4. Historical Armor with a texture pack (I think by renapd), Gloves and bracers are by AerySoul, but I don't think they are available anymore. His neck cloth is Urban Shabby Chic, feathers are from Rockabilly Burlesque. And then various small pieces from other sets that I fit to him

No problem! The shoulder armor is actually a figure with the body turned invisible (I think it was Genesis 2 Female with Creature Creator morphs) Then I just added horns!

Haha, he does look like Cullen, doesn't he? The entire time I was making it, I was telling myself that. But, he wasn't inspired by Inquisition oddly enough.

WickedPrince In reply to LeAndraDawn [2016-04-29 15:26:00 +0000 UTC]

Now that you mention it, but the whole map with markers and everything made me think of it. I just got the game reinstalled after a hard drive failure. Trying to figure out what class to try next. I played a female elf wizard the first time through and used Vivian, Sera, and Bull as my primary companions; that trio was insanely funny. But I'm in a quandary, do I play a Warrior and ditch Bull? Or do I play a Rogue and ditch Sera? I just can't imagine breaking that pair up. I cannot tell you how many times I nearly fell out of my chair laughing at them.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

LeAndraDawn In reply to WickedPrince [2016-04-29 18:17:49 +0000 UTC]

When I get around to playing again, I'll have to try out the combo of Bull + Sera. I used neither in my first playthrough (like ever). I had, uh. Wow, it's been so long I had to look up the characters. Cassandra, Cole and Varric, I think. While playing a female human mage. I at first had something else, but then completely fell in love with Cullen and had to make a mage for that conflict lolΒ  Cassandra and Varric were rather funny together. You may find you love some other interactions with people! Gotta try something new, right?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

WickedPrince In reply to LeAndraDawn [2016-04-30 06:11:37 +0000 UTC]

That's what I'm curious about. It seems that most character combinations are entertaining, but those two were INSANE. Vivian's interactions with them were pretty good too. I found that many battles, especially the various dragon fights, required two healer-mages. Vivian kinda starts off as a healer and moves into battle-mage if I remember, and that's pretty much what I did too. After a while I realized that my battle-mage did insane amounts of damage with the mage-blade attack against dragons. Going to add Solas to my next team because I want to hear what he has to say now that I know more about him. Need to grab the dlc that focuses on him too. It's a very engaging world and the more you interact with certain people like Bull the more insights you get - and entertainingly the more questions you end up with.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

LeAndraDawn In reply to WickedPrince [2016-05-01 05:16:42 +0000 UTC]

Man, those dragons were pretty awful lol I loved the idea for the battle mage for my mage, but there was something about the controls that turned me off of it, sadly. I love how rich that world is and yeah, I can imagine each character has completely different insights on the world. Like Dorian and his homeland and Vivienne with her high class.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

WickedPrince In reply to LeAndraDawn [2016-05-01 21:38:03 +0000 UTC]

They were definitely entertaining fights though. Viv and Bull had this entertaining dynamic, in Qunari society it's older dominant females who raise the children, and Viv's tall horned hat and her self-assured dominant personality completely overwhelm him - she treats him like a naughty little boy and he takes it! And Sera hates nobles so she's constantly trying to get under Viv's skin, and always failing much to her frustration. And Bull and Sera get along well, and they compete to come up with completely insane - and insanely funny - strategies to try in the next fight.

WickedPrince In reply to LeAndraDawn [2016-05-05 13:17:18 +0000 UTC]

Exactly, those are the things that make a game really memorable. And it also intrigues me to find out what other companions would say to each other.

Chanteur-de-Vent [2016-01-18 13:35:01 +0000 UTC]

Wow, this one is really amazing by all the details that are slowly coming out of the picture, when you keep staring at it. Just to name a few: the skull on this shoulder (or mask, or face), the map below his hands, then the metal glove next to his left hand, the pawns on the map, the sword all the way to the left of the picture, the gold ornamental chains and decorations on the armor.

The subtle lighting of the candle lights make your eyes go all over the picture, but to imminently return back to his eyes. His look is worth a thousand words. And the contrasting cold at the back, in the window, gives the impression of how warm it must be inside, as compared to the snowy outside. It also pulls a lot of attention to his head, again back to his eyes.

Beautiful work.

His shoulder piece, demon thingy, I cannot find that product for the life of me! It was for M4 wasn't it?

LeAndraDawn In reply to Nourak [2015-12-07 13:17:00 +0000 UTC]

His demon shoulder piece is actually Genesis 2 Female morphed with the Creature Creator pack, then just an older horn product I think. Not sure what you're thinking of, but it'd be awesome to see if there was something similar out there!

Thank you for the reply, I do the same thing, use masks, helmets whatever I can do to create
stuff that looks neat. Though we do lack fur items in DAZ.

LeAndraDawn In reply to Nourak [2015-12-07 21:59:22 +0000 UTC]

It's so fun using things creatively and making entirely new things out of our content. And using content for things other than intended! I agree about fur in DS, but LLF's Werewolf Hunter has a great over the shoulder fur that you could probably move around to use anywhere. I used it in Frostbite (though it's pretty heavily painted over).
