sadly, anyone of us choose is personale vegance.....
I mean to make aseries of the Konoha guys working at a bar-restaurant, but I'm so lazy (and, on truth, so busy ) in summer this is the only one I did since now.
Shino and Choji as barman, Shino because he gots the look of the freestyler barman, and Choji to stop him fro eating everything he'd serve in the restaurant
The girl taking coffee in front of Choji is Kin (don't ask me how it is possible....) and if your dirty consciousness is asking you "but are.. are Temari and Kankuro dating or it's just me?" the answer is YES!

LOL. I don't know anything about these characters, but I absolutely adore your cafe culture drawings, they have such a Mediterranean feel to them. Gorgeous composition and colouring here - especially the painting. The colours are so rich and autumny, and the characters are so full of personality! Another great picture, Lev!

I think that... oh well, it's a long story, the first thing to fix is "if Kin was still alive, what she'd be doing, where she'd be..?"
my answer is " Kin and Zaku survived to Orochimaru's sorcery,and then are recovered in Konoha's hospital.... Zaku's conditions were pretty much worse that Kin ones, but she wasn't all that good anyway... so they were going to spent a long recover in the hospital.... They were lost, they knew the horrible death Dosu did, and even if they weren't close friend,they could have been quite shocked by that... moreover, they felt the betrayl of the person they'd have given their lifes for, Orochimaru.
there's no point in returning at the sound village, but with it they lost the only place they can call 'home'.
Kin is a pride, stubborn and sometimes noisy girl, but all this schocks together would surely calm her down a bit, and looking over Zaku in such critical conditions would have made her kind temper emerge again. a month or two went by, and then Sasuke's escape occurred. We know Neji and Choji were in severe conditions after the battle with the Sound Five, and it's likely they spent some time in the hospital to for a full recover, that's when Choji met Kin...
Choji is a kind person, with a quite weak personality but really good tempered and generous.. is a person that would make you feel at ease, make you feel at home.....
it's all a girl who has lost everything needs... plus, Choji's not a dominant personality, so Kin could rely on him without feelinbg her pride and indipendence compromised...
