It's really sad to see them go, but eventually they all do and all we can do is miss the days we've had with them...
I like the mood you've caught in this, and the amounts of details - just enough to see them, but not so they overtake the picture - but what enchants me the most is the sky... I really really like it.
Is love, this picture. A sad sad love.

Well that's also a way to do it of course... he doesn't have to fall to pieces before one say good bye...
*hugs*

I can understand that!
Ah well...

Nope... because I doubt that he will anytime soon, as said. But he's not in such a good shape that I should keep on using him either... So I will most likely buy a new computer when I'm home this Christmas, yes. It seems like the proper time...

Ya, my laptop's pretty old, too. I acctually bought it off my dad, who's over in Iraq, so it's veeeery special to me. We shall have a funeral for your great computer! But hopfully not for a while.
Enjoy your sick computer! Lol.

Same here. I might get a new one in the next four years, but I'm still keeping this one.

Yes, yes it would.
My laptop will live out the end of it's days as either an extra computer (if I get a new one) or a decoration. They'll have to tear it away from me kicking and screaming.

Aw, but I haven't even introduced my characters yet =3=;;
I know I am the fecking slowest person in the WORLD;;; Can't you let him live on, like, by the side of the new one, whom ever it may become, like a teacher of sort? ObiWan Kenobi, yes!? *D*;;;

Ah, sounds cute ;X3
Haha, and I have quite the same situation here now XDD
- I don't know if I told you yet, but I've got myself a new PC-boy now D8
Athocks just can't handle bitch-Photoshop and he can't communicate with the keyboard (I'm writing/drawing up the tragic story about it right now) and I'm in a big pinch with loads of online-based schoolwork, so I just had to buy a new computor Dlll;;; It's a pain really, because I can't figure out Windows 7;;;;
But anyway - he's name is Villiam, and he's a golden teenage prince with a secret multiple personality 8D

haha XD
haha 8D well. He's.. cute I guess .___. not girly-flashy-sprakly cute, but more like, normal boy-cute, I guess. Around 16 yrs old. He has sort of a touch of 1860s, like, knee-long stockings and his hair's in a ribbon.. uh, it's kinda hard to explain this cute-but-not-cute-uncool-but-still-a-little-cool-look that I'm going for, lol ;;; I wanna draw him to show, but I am psychotically strict to myself about having some sort of order in which I'm showing my "family". It's a matter of prestige for them to be shown off in the order they have lived and ruled *offically nuts* Next up is my old screen, and then mouse and keyboard, I think.. I'll have to work faster XD;

yeah, it doesn't get any good if it's forced. And it don't feel so good either :/ It feels stressing though, to call myself a professional artist(at least that's my only edjucation so I have to go with that..) and not being able to draw OR do anything else like getting a 'real' job .___.;
And many people I know says that forcing yourelf to draw and write is just a normal thing that you have to do - never wait for inspiration because it's a dangerous myth!.. and I'm seriously wondering if I can do it. And that makes the stress so much worse.. gaaah DX
Being an artist is like being in a constant twilight-zone or something X__X

It's a really, REALLY tricky thing >_>
I rarely know what to do and lately it's been even worse so I can understand your confusion.
It would be easier if it just came on its own as it always did when I was younger x'D

You know, it might sound silly and over emotional, but I don't think we'd be truly human without being able to love even unanimate objects - and miss them, too. For some reason I never had this kind of bond with any of our computers, but there are other things I don't want to let go: one stuffed animal, an old armchair worn so deep that you almost sit on the ground in it, and that piano that can't be tuned anymore, the one that saw me bored, furious, playful, dreamy, mourning, and generally was with me most of my childhood. I'd find more if I tried, too
I think some things just deserve to be loved - and this is a wonderful tribute to your Zhenia.
It's heartrending to see him without his usual attitude.
