Story aside (a little odd), this is a great picture. Perhaps this will happen in the show and we'll learn more about Salem and her origins and connection to Ozpin.

My headcanon is that Ozpin and Salem used to guard the relics together, or at least one of them, and one day someone tried to steal them. Since they were unable to stop the intruder on their own, Salem took the Relic of Destruction to use its power against the attacker, was overwhelmed by the relicΒ΄s power and, ultimately, was consumed by it.
Ozpin fled with the other three relics, died, and got reincarnated for the first time, his eternal mission being to get the Relic of Destruction from Salem.
But apparently noone bothered to tell him...
Now Salem is the largest Grimm in existence, taking the form of her castle and using her human-like shape as a means of communicating with her underlings.
