Description
Another moleskine journal, made especially for imagineccentricity , who requested herself and her adorable boyfriend on the cover. My favorite part is her hair, which was really easy to do but looks like it was complicated, which always serves me well.
This is a store-bought Moleskine journal, with sepia archival ink (Martha Stewart) and white colored pencil (Prismacolor), which hold up to a lot of handling. It's a 120-page blank journal with a pocket, 7.5 x 10".

Do you sketch on the journal with regular pencil before inking and coloring?

I do. I use HB pencil, which I think is a little easier to erase.

Ha ha! You're awesome. This one was actually $35, but it was a big one. The usual 5"x8.25" are $25. But man, I haven't done one in a little while. Hopefully I can put more up soon!

Whoa... I got freaked out by this because I have a close friend who looks just like that guy, and I look just like that girl when I wear my glasses. And the scariest part is... my name's Bianca too!!

This is lovely! Her hair is amazing, and their pose is so lively. 
I am curious: are you using anything to seal the media to the cover? (like a spray?)

I'm not using a sealer, but I made one for myself before I started doing these, and the ink and white pencil hold up to a LOT of handling and don't smudge at all, as far as I've seen. I think a sealer might make the ink bleed.

I know you won't be opening commissions for a while, but do you have a general price range for these? I'm on a budget so I tend to have to save up for things for a while before I get them and I'm sure your next slots will be filled up fast.

This reminds me of when we were required to make paperbag book covers for our school textbooks. It looked boring and brown so I would add drawings and quotes all over it. Hehe.

I love this idea, too... would you mind terribly if I took this concept and did something similar? A friend's birthday is coming up and she writes original poetry, and I think a personalized journal like this would be just perfect for her.
