I've had a hard summer. The only highlight was going to Disney World, but that was quickly overshadowed by my Dad's operation. He made it out okay, but it'll be a long time for him to recover 100%, and my job just got much harder thanks to an insignificant traffic accident. I was rear-ended, but that's enough to suspend me from driving around for a long time. And I just finished a terrible book, so I'll provided my venomous review soon. All of this means that I haven't been drawing for a while. I had to get something down on paper, and as I filled in the details of this battered and scarred Triceratops, my favorite dinosaur, I realized that it was something of a self-portrait. It reminds me to keep at it.
