Ah, I see! That's cool. Can the Thu'um Speaker also be used with tribal instants/sorceries/enchantments/artifacts/lands?

technically yes. I only made that ability up cuz in Skyrim the dragons very words are powerful spells and people can learn to speak there language, it make take yeas to learn but it can be done.
But now i realized that the "Thu'um Speaker" creatures still get all good and bad ability's from other cards such as Crucible of Fire which is a red enchantment that give all dragons you control +3/+3. So the Thu'um Speaker creature would inturn also get the pump. That is kind of a how it ended up.
