Hi, This is my first attempt at a my little pony custom. Her name is Midas Mirage and she is my entry for the mlp arena faberge pony 2009 competition. I have included a photo of the faberge egg that inspired me for this custom.I have painted her body with black and champange gold metalic acrylics and her eyes are painted royal and light blue acrylics and sealed with a matt acrylic varnish.
She has 3 Aurora Borealis Swarovski crystals on her nose and 2 Aurora Borealis Swarovski crystals in each of her eyes. She also has smaller crystals on her body on the gold patterns.
She has been rehaired with fantasy gold coloured mane and tail and her tail has been finished off with a gold ribbon rose.
