And the sign said "The words of the prophets are written on the subway walls, and tenement halls"Just finished reading Watchmen and saw the movie, LOVED the book, liked the movie a good bit too, so I had to do some fanart. Anyhow, here's Walter Kovacs, our favorite prophet of doom riding the subway. Poor crazy little fellow, such a sad story.

God damn, I loved Rorschach. Watchmen was one of the best books Alan Moore has created, and it's a fucking masterpiece.
I also love the mood of this picture. It's almost draining to look at.

Great shading on his face. I love the little random things like the paper in his pocket and the graffiti in the background. They make the whole thing seem like it's real. Nice job sticking the clock and smiley in there, too.
The guy reading the book in the background looks like Dan Dreiburg. Random, yes.
