Gotta like those stormy picutes of a dragon or whatnot stranded on a chunk of rock in the middle of the sea.

Ha, my clouds look like floating rocks.XD Other than that I think this turned out quite nicely. I've never done water much or clouds and I wanted to give them a try so I conjured this out of thin air.

I was thinking about calling this piece 'Conducting Electricity' because thats basically what its doing. He's got two horn type things on his face; one on his nose and one located somewhere in the middle of his forehead. The curve inward and towards each other and attract energy. The energy in this situation is the lightning.
