Description This is an ink drawing that I did in my scketch book, I did part of it and then put it down and came back to it later, once I did finish it though I really began to enjoy the over all feeling of the drawing, and then one day at work I colored it in... well maybe two days at work.

no worries man it is an ace piece of work so i thought i had to show my appreciation.
Mmm i'd like to give it a go sometime, but time where im not at pubs, freeparties, mates houses, working, napping or whatever are scarse, haha! maybe one day....
I'm not an artist you see, the pieces on my profile are just cruddy things i did on the 20 minute bus journey to work at half 6 in the morning but your style is pretty cool. inspiring you might say
how did you go about doing this piece? like - did you just improvise? or did you plan the jist of it in pencil first?

this was a dootle when it started and yeah then I just liked it and decided to put some time into it. Most of my work is improvised, but I know what you mean what with having a life an all. PEaCE!

oh right, amazing stuff man!
my boyfriend works in a call centre currently and most days he comes home and shows me his doodles that he's created whilst bored at work which is well cool. his mind just goes off on crazy tangents and finishes off with a nice piece of artwork. I just type all day for the ministry of justice though, it's a bit lame. oh well, im quitting iminently YAY!

your art is so fear and loathing in las vegas to me. you have an almost eerie style. this looks like something a demon on shrooms would do...

its funny you should mention that, because as a tripping demon that was exactly what I decided to do. Thanks for the comment glad you like my work. Peace out from the psychedelic inferno!

nice colors. The characters remind me a bit of Phillipe Druillet....one of the top french illustrators ever (regularly featured in Heavy Metal mag in the 80's).

I love everything about it, the lines, the textures, the colour, just the way it all fits together is incredible.

I totally love the colors of this, but the best thing are the little inky detailes.
The only thing I can finf that isn't totally awesome about this, is the gradiant-like paint job. I think a more crayon or painty like paint job would work better for it. But hey.. Don't take that too seriously, because this is awesome

You certainly picked the right colors for this. The oranges and blues compliment each other and help bring out the overall mood of the picture while the greens give it that creepy, deathly feel. Doomy, thoughtful and chaotic.
