Description Map of the Bulgarian Tsardom from the Kaiserreich universe in 1939.

Bulgaria, which fought on the side of the victors in the First World War, have gained vast territories. Northern Dobrudja, which was formerly part of Romania, came under the condominium of the Central Powers, and then under the full control of Bulgaria. Macedonia, formerly part of Serbia (North Macedonia) and Greece (Central Macedonia and Western Thrace), also came under the full protection of Bulgaria. A small region in the east of Serbia, Pirot, also became part of the Bulgarian state.

The Third Balkan War, which happened shortly before the Second Weltkrieg, was hardly won with by Bulgaria - at first the victory was won over the coalition of Serbia and Greece. Serbia was overlaid with large reparations, in fact becoming a puppet of Bulgaria, and Greece was forced to cede the remnants of Macedonia - the region of Chalkidiki and the city of Solun (Thessaloniki).

Later, the Ottoman Empire intervened in the war, which being a militarily and economically weak country and so at that time at war with Egypt and Persia, was defeated in the war, collapsed and transformed into Turkey. Bulgarian troops victoriously took Tsarigrad (Constantinople). Under a peace treaty between the two countries, Turkey transferred the territory of Eastern Thrace to Bulgaria.

Bulgaria, having survived the test of time and wars, is now the strongest Balkan state. Preferring not to interfere in the Weltkrieg, the Bulgarian Kingdom directly cooperates with the reformed Austria-Hungary, being in its political, economic and military sphere, and also has close trade and military cooperation with the Russian National State. Bulgaria is ruled by the victorious tsar Ferdinand I of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha.
