Here's the cover to my final issue of Legion of Super-Heroes. It sucks to be on a book that is axed but the Legion has had a long history of stop and go's. You can't help but feel like you failed to make it relevant... but I'm sure you'll see them back again no doubt about that. I'll be moving on to another project right after which I'm very eager to start!Related content

Wow-wee! This is awesome. Somehow reminds me of my first teacher's work when i was a kid. The amount of effort he put in was amazing just like this spread.

This is a sweet pic. I'm very come and go on the legion. Started collecting LOSH again because I heard you'd be on the art. My last run was the Jason Pearson run on LOSH.

now that's what i call going out with a bang! this is truly massive...everything works out so well. its hard to believe something's gonna get axe'd with a masterpiece like that...
but we have to face reality. the comic industry is a very moody environment. at least DC gave the title a chance to reach it's 50th ish before calling it quits, although i believe the writer (is it jim shooter) had to cram the ending because the announcement came quite unsuspectedly.
can't wait to hear what you'll be working on next. i'd love to be able to follow you on a book that doesn't drag much continuity baggage. i always wanted to pick up LOSH primarily because of your work...the backstory on that beast is just too much...it's overwhelming!
anyways, goodluck francis. great job on the series and hope to catch you back soon on a monthly basis again!
