Description I actually did these sometime last summer, not all that long after official art of the starters came out for Super Mystery Dungeon. I really like that art style, those random lines give a nice sketchy look, while at the same time it's quite smooth and clean looking art. So of course I had to try it out, and I used mine and my sisters' characters for it. I did end up using these two on the game in the end, team name 'The Sistahs'.

Here's some of my thoughts on the game, if you care to know. Spoiler free.
It was a great game, that's for sure. As per the norm for PMD, the soundtrack was amazing! I was disappointed though when I was just over ten hours into the game, half the completed-story icons on the start menu were filled in, and the plot STILL hadn't really kicked off or gone anywhere and we were wandering around the starting town with a lot of somewhat inconsequential stuff happening. But boy when the plot kicks off, it kicks hard. Suddenly it was all happening and the world needed saving! I do think the pacing could have been a lot more balanced, to me it was like the game is an intro and conclusion without a filling. But it still certainly wasn't a bad game, the early parts were very entertaining and the latter parts were very exciting. They really went for it with the dramatics. As for the ending... Well I didn't see that coming. Normally I blub through PMD endings but this one just left me staring in shock at the 3DS screen.
All in all, I thought it was pretty darn awesome. There were plenty of plot twists, a ton of humour, a much improved difficulty level, and loveable characters (and as mentioned earlier, more wonderful PMD music magic). I didn't think it could quite call itself 'the definitive Pokemon Mystery Dungeon', but if they blended this game with the pacing and some other elements of the Explorers games, I think the definitive Pokemon Mystery Dungeon would be the result.
