Sat-AM Robotnik didn't really say that line as much as the AoSTH one did, he does say "Hate" a freaking lot in the very last episode so I think that made up for the rest of the time.

Wow! Now this is the TRUE Robotnik! He's was pretty funny as a bumbling fool, but this Robotnik was a clever, menacing, heartless villain. I believe he was the best out of all of the Robotnik/Eggman's out there. He had the best looking outfit, the evilest voice, that cool roboticizer, and the coolest robots. (I'm of course talking about those S.W.A.T. Bots) Not to mention, this is the ONLY version of Robotnik that actually managed to conquer something! I was shocked to see Robotnik already conquering Mobius. A great way to start the best Sonic series! Robotnik has already won, and it's up to the Freedom Fighters to stop him. If only they would show this version of Robotnik in a more recent cartoon. I really wish this was his OFFICIAL appearance.

Amen to that, Yabuturtle! This is THE Robotnik that I love seeing. Jim Cummings' performance as the villain is just amazing. No wonder this Robotnik is better than the others put together.
The current Robotnik is just not as much of a villain as he can; today he's kinda like a Japanese version of the AoStH Robotnik.

Now that you think about it, he IS kind of a Japanese version of the AoStH Robotnik. A big bumbling non-threatening buffoon. I laughed at the other Robotnik's but this one was actually scary and I took him seriously. This Robotnik seems to be the only version that actually succeeded in taking over Moebius. At least I think so. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I know. I mean when was the last time he did something really sinister & evil, like in the SatAM version? And it's spelled "Mobius". Also I think "Mobius" sounds like a better name for Sonic's world than just a plain alternate "Earth".

Well yeah the name Robotnik is much better. Isn't Eggman his nickname? Why would he even go by that name? XD Robotnik turned a lot of people into robots, and pretty much took over everything. Not to mention he had that robotic arm.

Yup. By a long shot. & yes Eggman is actually his nickname, though he was always called Eggman in Japan. I heard that the Japanese confirmed that Robotnik is his real name & Eggman is an alias. SatAM Robotnik is awesome & that's what made SatAM a cartoon far better than any other Sonic cartoon put together. XD
Well watch it again. Mobius does sound better & if it was real, I'd be packing up & moving to that planet. XD

Still, why would he go by that name? I'd rather be called Robotnik than Eggman. SatAM is just awesomeness in a can. The setting, the somewhat dark nature of the show, Robotnik being threatening, the S.W.A.T. Bots, the cute romance between Sonic and Sally, ect. I kinda wished Knuckles was in there. Nevertheless, it beats the crap out of every other Sonic show. Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog was kiddish, although there's some parts that make me laugh. The others are...eh. Sonic X coulda been better. (Shakes head in disappointment).
Actually that doesn't sound like a bad idea. (Picks up SatAM episodes and moves to Mobius).

Well if Season 3 wasn't canceled, Knuckles would appear close to the end of that season & it was confirmed. Also I liked the SwatBots since they are a lot tougher than the badniks from the games (I wish Robotnik would use the SwatBots a lot more often in the games, like have them as his own personal army since the SwatBots are a lot smarter than today's robots in the games). Adventures was actually pretty good compared to Sonic X, which X was a major disappointment. SatAM Robotnik was just everything you wanted in a villain. Also he has a lackey named Snively, which I realized after the DVD was released, Snively's popularity skyrocketed. I thought about drawing a picture of Snively surprised by all the fan mail & having the picture titled "Everybody loves Snively". XD

Yeah! Well according to SatAM writer Ben Hurst: the show's ratings was taken away by Power Rangers at the time, along with a new president in ABC not liking the show & just simply removing it. However I would love to see a Season 3 since even after watching Doomsday I still get that feeling of "what happens next?" Also the SwatBots pwn Robotnik's current robots. I mean the SwatBots seem to have better AI than the current robots since those badniks just stand around wanting to get hit. XD The Jedi Sonic drawing is now in my gallery. As for Sonic X: I was very disappointing since I wasn't that big into anime. Also I didn't actually want Sonic to be with Amy (she's a child & he's almost 18!).

Ah, damn you Power Rangers! How could he not like the show anyways? I don't get it. I've wanted to find out what happens next too! Didn't Snively say something like "Now, it's MY turn!" And then I saw red eyes glowing in the darkness. I think that was Naugus. The SwatBots do seem to have a brain compared to the others. XD I wish there was more fan art of them, too. 'Course I didn't expect Sonic X to be brilliant, but I was hoping for a little more. They seem to be a lot more annoying, some of the character's voice's don't match, Robotnik is called Eggman and he's a buffoon, but at least it's good to see the other characters like Knuckles and Shadow, although I do miss Sally a lot. I agree. Isn't Amy like, 11, or 12?? She's too young, not to mention, Sonic keeps running from her. I never understood why people would want Sonic to be with Amy. It would never happen anyways. Now it would with Sally, because you know, they actually have a relationship. I've always liked Sonic being with Sally.

I know; I heard the voice-acting wasn't good, along with X to have more plotholes than SatAM, & characters that made no sense whatsoever. Also I prefer the name Robotnik over Eggman cause it sounds cooler & makes him sound a little more sinister. Eggman sounds too simple.
Yes. She's around that age. Sonic turns 18 this summer. I was thinking the same way too; why do people want Sonic to be with Amy so badly? Just because they're hedgehogs doesn't mean they HAVE to be together. Also they say Sonic can't say he likes Amy cause "he's too shy". Since when was he shy? He made it clear he doesn't like Amy. I mean I grew up seeing Sonic kissing Sally. XD

Yeah. How did you notice? Also I noticed that since that flash animation "Robotnik's Revenge" (flash with SatAM Robotnik literally destroying 4Kids for making Robotnik just crap nowadays) more & more people are now choosing the SatAM Robotnik over the Sonic X Eggman. SatAM does deserve more attention since many fans to this day consider it the best Sonic cartoon period. I also heard it has the strongest fanbase, even stronger than Sonic X itself.

Never thought it'd be Power Rangers, but oh well. I do agree it is stupid now, although I DO have to admit, the only real good thing I liked about it was the Green Ranger. I don't know why. XD

Nope. The voice acting really isn't that great. Some of the voices don't even fit. To me, Knuckles kinda sounds like Piccolo and Rogue sounds much older than she appears. I think she's 18, yet she sounds like in her 30s. Robotnik sounded just fine. It was around for a while her in the U.S. Here, he was known as Robotnik and in Japan he was known as Eggman. So why change it back to Eggman? It's too simple, not threatening, and the fact that he actually goes by that name is even more laughable. You'd think that Sonic would call him that to make fun of him. He doesn't really resemble an egg. I guess maybe his egg shaped body and that he's an "egg head" but other than that he really doesn't have much in common with eggs.
Yeah! I'll never get that either. You'd think after seeing Sonic running away from her and constantly admitting that he doesn't like Amy in THAT sort of way, would give people a clue. Besides, Sonic and Sally have kissed numerous times. Hell, they even kissed in the intro! I don't mind if they like Sonic and Amy together in fan fiction or art. I don't mind that, but they'll never be together. Sonic and Sally just look better to me.

I'm not sure. It just SEEMS like people are liking THIS version of Robotnik more. Maybe it was the forums I went to or looking at this fantastic piece of art. I'm glad they're giving Jim Cumming's version of Robotnik better treatment. I'd like to see this version in the games, too.

I know. I heard that as well. I heard Knuckles always sounded mad all the time. Yes Rouge is 18 but she sounds like she's in her 50's. The previous voice made her sound like she was in her 20's. At least Robotnik (not calling him Eggman cause the name Robotnik is more original) does sound pretty good; Mike Pollack was a 4Kids employee & basically does a good job since he's the only 4Kids actor who's actually good. Also you're right; Robotnik never actually resembled an egg but a beach ball instead. lol I liked it better when Sonic called him "RoButtnik".

It was confirmed that he doesn't really want a girlfriend since he would prefer to run free with nothing tying him down. At least kinda canonically, Sonic & Sally have kissed BEFORE Amy. Besides Sal & Sonic actually kissed (right on the lips) twice in the entire series (in the last moments of "Doomsday" & in "Hooked on Sonics" which you can tell she wanted Sonic to kiss her lol). I also heard that Sonic sees her as a friend, nothing more. And I agree: Sonic & Sally look like a better couple since it's more understandable (& the majority of "Sonamy" fans hate Sally for stupid reasons).

You heard right. I guess I can't entirely blame Knuckles, due to his position, but he's mad ALL the time. And his voice his pretty damn deep for a dude his age. I don't know why Rouge sounds like that. 0_0 With a name like Robotnik, people will at least see you as a threat but with a name like Eggman, no one's gonna take you seriously. I do admit his voice is pretty cool. Although there was one episode where I hated Eggman the most. Where he didn't actually like hurting people. I forgot which episode, but it was in that Robotnik's Revenge Flash movie, which I saw and I thought that was great.
That's true. Sonic was never shy about it. He did admit that he didn't want to have a relationship with Amy. Sonic and Sally are very good friends. Sally has kissed him a lot, mostly on the cheek but a couple times on the lips, in the episodes you mentioned. Sonic does see her as a friend, but you CAN tell he has stronger feelings for her. They both love each other, but sometimes Sonic is a little less open about it than Sally is. They just look better to me. They seem to be a better couple, they're roughly the same age, despite the fact they're different species, Sonic seems to appreciate her more than Amy. I did notice a LOT of Sonamy friends hate Sally for whatever reason. Usually they can't think of one reason why they hate her, and if they do, they're very stupid reasons. (Probably cause she isn't around as much as Amy is. Maybe because Sally was never in the games)?

I know. I just watch SatAM every time & even after playing a Sonic game (current one), I just always think "THIS is Sonic, unlike today. Why can't SatAM be the actual Sonic canon?"
I know. Sonamy lovers probably don't like the show because "Sally's in it". Yeah right. Amy is just an annoying fan girl who stalks Sonic around & most likely Sonic just says he'll do what Amy wants just to get her to shut up. At least Sally doesn't do that. You're right about those characters. I was talking to a few fans & they prefer the name Robotnik over Eggman any day. Reason? Well when they think "Robotnik", it's like every time someone hears about Robotnik they tremble in fear. When they think of "Eggman", they think of an easy opponent that they can crush with ease. Also I think someone who is actually in their late teens or early 20's should voice Rouge since she's almost 20 anyway. As for Knuckles, he really shouldn't sound mad all the time since he's not always mad of course. And RoButtnik is the perfect nickname for Robotnik.

I say just try to make Sally the canon love interest (in the games & other media period) just to have the true fans (Sonally) sigh in relief & to tell the Sonamy fans to "shut the f*** up". It's only a matter of time until Sally finally gets her game debut (she was supposed to have her game debut 15 or less years ago but Sega canceled it all because they wanted Sonic's canon to be how it is today).
Also get this: If Amy is "supposed" to be Sonic's "girlfriend" then how come it was canon in "Sonic 06" that Elise is his love-interest? Think about it. Also Sonic had a few other love-interests in the Archie Comics & it wasn't Amy either (& Sega didn't mind at all anyway). I say for Amy: get over Sonic & find someone else.
A SwatBot suit? I don't think anyone's tried that, not even a Snively or a true SatAM Robotnik costume. Wish it will happen though. I find it weird that Amy is more popular. She's alright, but she can be annoying. I think they call Sally an arrogant slob because of the comic version. I heard the comic version is slightly different from Sally in the cartoon. Maybe that's why.
Anyone in their right mind would prefer Robotnik than Eggman. I haven't met or heard of one person that actually preferred Eggman over Robotnik. Isn't Rouge like, 18? Someone younger should voice her. For Knuckles, I can't blame him. Isn't he the last of his clan and is supposed to stay on that Island and guard that Emerald? I hear he envies Sonic's free life. He's kind of a loner too, so I don't mind if he sounds grumpy, but he shouldn't be mad all the time and not with that deep voice. Too deep for a 16 year old. If he's Robotnik, than you can call him Robuttnik, but if he's called Eggman, what do you call him, Egghead? xD
True. Although his knees did get wobbly and fell to the ground when she kissed him on the cheek, however he claims the kiss wasn't THAT great. I found it surprising when they locked lips too. :0 How many times have they kissed? A lot more than when Sonic and Amy kissed that's for sure! If Amy is supposed to be the "love interest" she's a pretty lousy love interest. lol I think he just wants her to shut up either, but still he considers a friend and ally. Yes Rouge is 18, though she doesn't sound like it. For Knuckles, well why can't Sega hire people just fresh out of high school (going into college) who are huge Sonic fans? I mean why not? If I was asked to voice Sonic, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Of course you're gonna be paid anyway, but if I was the voice of Sonic, I wouldn't do it for the money, I'd do it for the fans since they want a good Sonic voice.
