I must say that I love the details here. You did an amazing job with that nose, too! I love the flowers, they seem like they are giving self-comfort of some kind. I could just keep commenting on the flowers in this whole critique, you really did pay a great amount of attention to them. Specially in lower left corner, beautiful. The purple/blue illumination highlights the tearing sorrow in this person's heart, their thoughts. You've captured a great emotion in the pose, while on the person's face is just a calm, yet distrusting expression of hurt. I like the technique, I like the details, I like the name of this artwork and I like the song as well.
All in all, the artwork is beautiful to look at, and the only flaw I find here is the size of it, which is not your fault. I wish I could see it in a size of a wall. To stand before this artwork, imagine that! Then the impact would be huge.

Nice artwork, great technique (I love the detail in the flowers), colour range plays an amazing part here, but I see a little flaw, there's an area near the hand where brush strokes got blurred (was that something on purpose or was part of the technique?).
The macabre part appears with the crawling skin, sort of detailed but moderated, not being too catchy but yet , a bit disturbing, which is nice.
The level of realism in this piece is fantastic, making the scene more macabre, however, flowers turn it in something gorgeous.
I'm not an expert, but I can tell it's deep and incredible.
