Since her birth, Julia only knew the vast yards that surrounded her home and the walls that confined her within. She was a sheltered child, born to those of the upper-class, and treated not as a child, but more like a piece of a collection. Never allowed leave the house to even play in the gardens and forced to be still within the study during her lessons as her tutors came by each day, on the hour. Fortunately though, she was given a Handmaid, who took special notice and care for her during her days, almost in place of her own mother; answering what ever inquiry she had. Giving her the attention and affection she yearned for. Providing everything she needed and wanted with a kind smile. Including the confidential help she needed when she discovered her gift to change sizes.

As the years passed, Julia blossomed into a fair young woman. Becoming well versed in reading and writing thanks to her studies, and in use and control of her gift thanks to her Handmaid. Her interest in novels sparked brightly, losing herself to the worlds that were held between each page. Her mind racing with excitement and anxiousness as the stories unraveled before her, and without realizing, had read over half of the books within library. Inspired, she started to dream of venturing out and learning more. So she asked her parents for permission to hire tutors on a higher level of learning or to be allowed to go travel and find a place that would allow her to study for herself. But her dreams were instantly shattered by her parents as they revealed their intent to marry her off to a nobleman to complete their end of a business agreement. When night fell, she snuck out with her Handmaid’s assistance and ran away. Taking with her only some of her dresses, a couple books, some food, a special book gifted to her by her Handmaid, as well as some silverware and her jewelry to pawn for traveling money if need be. By the week’s end, she had arrived in London, far from her home, her parents, and that horrid future.

Julia eventually found her way to the city of London, where she found herself a new life, filled with wonderful friends and quaint jobs that helped her live her life in peace. She found a home with Prince Karun along side Mimi and Miranda. Work with Martel Owlglass as an assistant in his bakery, and as a waitress within the Euphoria Emporium under the employ of Callum Beaumont. However, that peaceful life was also ripe with danger, For not too long after her arrival, she discovered that mythical creatures such as Vampires and Werewolves did not just exist within the pages of a story book… Over time, she studied legends and myths, learning everything she could of the paranormal that could exist in the world thanks to the access she received to Callum's private collection of books. Over the next year, she was able to purchase her own home within the city after saving up from her multiple jobs. A quaint space above one of her favorite book shops in London. Though she does return back to visit her previous home and friends often. She was even offered a new job by Callum, as an Editor for the London's Latest Letters newspaper, and just as quickly as it was offered, she accepted the position. Still to this day, she finds herself studying, collecting notes, learning remedies, and traits of creatures, anything she could use to protect herself, and those she cares about.
