This is a little preview of my next pic, something I drew on the back of one of my final test papers....I'm crazy, I know.I was just going to submit the lineart, but then photoshop just got intensely interesting....heh...
....and this little piece of junk was born.Mebbe I'll scrap this someday, but for now it stays in my gallery because I kinda like it, and anyway, it took a while.

can ya tell me how to make line art? i mean i out line on ms paint but im lazy...btw great piccy

Um, I think this was before I got my tablet, so I lined it with a pencil, made the whole thing darker, erased the gray parts, and smoothed all the lines (because it was all pixelated due to the Wand tool (I use Photoshop 7)).
It takes a long time, but I got used to it and could finish it up in a couple of hours. Right now I use my handy tablet.
I probably won't be able to pull off my old methods right now if you asked me to do it though, I got too used to my tablet. XD
I hate making line art...so I'm always looking for easier ways too. I've heard the pen tool is a clean, quick way to lineart, but I'm really bad at using the pen tool...so I just use a tablet and go the long, hard way instead.
