Description
This is the first graphic I do in this style, I wanted to use my paintings and Illustrations in my files. So there you go.I am not sure if it works how it is supposed. I wanted it to be ironic, simple, real data, and cynical it's a memuco graphic after all.

I featured this on my journal page because it is so hard hitting and so sad and so real. If I were a tiger and a man could beat me with his bare hands then I might be impressed. But men have invented the gun and the trap an other cowardly devices to kill me with.
Tigers have such power, such stealth and such grace. Something all people should be at awe with, but no. They still kill them because of ancient dogma and tradition.
If and when tigers are extinct from our world it will be the saddest day, and a day for humans to bow their heads in shame for what they have allowed to happen.
Your work is, at least, keeping their memory alive.

no what I am trying to do here, and forgive me because when I did it I was doing research for a bigger graphic, and I got tooo excited and had to put this one out on my own.
So there is a lot of mistakes in there because I just had to spread the news.
The Silent One is a character I have created. she is the daughter of Catrina (lady death), The silent One has been given the mandate to go around the world and take the last animal of every species. buuuuuut. she needs to pay with the and make sure they are happy before she takes them because of not the bad energy of the last animals would permeate the earth.
She is taking them before the poachers come, before they ran out of space, before they starve to death.

The really, really sad part is that not a single grain of this amazing art is made up - it is all true, based on and rooted in a harsh reality that, for the most part, cares not for the wellbeing of this majestic beast.

i love tigers, and i think this should be made into a poster for the goverment to use to promote saving endanger species coz not only is the art amazing but the way you have put us in the shoes of the tiger and parts aree funny, like the box over the map and others arn't because it all true. Love it! you should do one for Amur leopards!!!!

The really sad thing though is that it's not just the tiger that's threatened but pretty much all life on earth. We're living through the sixth great extinction in the history of life on earth, a period spanning hundreds of millions of years. And the cause of what is now called the Holocene Extinction Event is us humans. Ninety percent of sharks are gone and there are massive areas of ocean now called dead zones. The great rainforests, the most bio-diverse places on earth, are being systematically burned down. And as the effects of climate change become stronger the general trend is likely to accelerate.

true, dificult to know exactly what is going to happen and if it's worth trying to do something. I am doing this because most people out there don't know. Nobody realizes that species are going extinct at an alarming rate, that we have poisoned our water and lands with cancer causing chemichals. that most of our fishes are being depleted.

yes there is a much. spread the poster around to begin with. go to google and type Stop Palm Oil. Palm oil is not only destroying tigers in Sumatra but orangutans, pigmy elephants. Sumatran Rhinos among other species.
Join and donate to an NGO that is there working everyday. or buy a jacket or a radio for forest rangers.
