It was a little souvenir spoon Super tiny!

And basically, yup, that's the process Though for silversmithing, it's called soldering, not welding. (Only mentioning that in case you wanted to google it or find youtube vids or something, not trying to be That Girl who corrects you haha)

there's a bunch of videos on youtube (i even have a couple up) that show silversmithing soldering, just for fun sometimes you can find classes locally too if you're really interested, that's a good way to try it out before investing a lot in your own equipment/supplies.
