Many thanks for the feature.
Been through your gallery - Splendid stuff especially those ultra wide shots. I'm thinking of getting an UWA lens - which do you shoot with?

I'm torn between the Tokina 11-16 and the Canon 10-22. Haven't decided yet although at the moment, considering the price hikes, the Toke seems better value

I read a lot of comments about these two lenses. I think the image quality is better from the tokina. it's really sharp and you have 2.8 aperture. but the canon has an extra 1mm - we souldn't underestimate that....

Yes that's what keeps me undecided. Moreover I recently discovered the Toke can be used [at16mm] on Full Frame and that's good if one were to upgrade in the future.

damn decent of him to keep posing! dragonflys here run off usually before you can get within 10 feet of them.

Thanks for the comment. When shooting insects, one gets used to the characteristics of the various species and the method required to approach to shooting range. Dragonflies very often return to the same perch and standing still next to it usually gives you the opportunity to photograph these touchy characters.

I'm used to shooting bugs, but I've been able to get pics of a dragonfly once.
