This is amazing! <3Β The poem flows very well... there are no breaks in the meter. You conveyed the message beautifully, even through just 35 words. I really like it! ^^

My worst nightmare started as a fairy tale,
One of the best things that ever happened to me.
It all went downhill from there.

This is so true. One of my favorite quotes was always.
"They say dreams come true... They forgot nightmares are dreams to"

Nightmares start it off...
As usual, something to be contained inside is expressed in writing. Entertaining all who read~
Quick they might be but they tend to break walls built around readers. Just like me!
I am in love with every piece I read its quite addictive I might say! See you in the near future fellow author.

You're on to something here. The archetypes of fear and dread which can be felt but elude definition are the Myths (i.e., "fairy tales") of old Europe, especially as recorded by the Brothers Grimm.
Their focus was German folklore, whose intertwined tangled roots with other mythologies, can be traced to ancient Babylon.

Now this is what I love in a poem. It's not overly complex with rhymes and metre but it still speaks a lot.
