This chibi seems really REALLY sloppy compared to the other three.... I think I'm going to play PatchCon for a while to help get my "mojo" back. Afterwards, I may do Wriggle or Daiyousei or Koakuma or Rumia or Tewi or Medicine or Kaguya or Yukari or Patchouli or Remilia or Sakuya or Meiling or Renko or Sanae-- *shot several times*

... I'll shut up now.

Oh, um, yeah, I don't know what's up with her expression XD I was going for a cheery, ditzy, happy, sort of face, with the angry eyebrows to help show more of Cirno's narcissistic traits, and her "EYE AM TEH STRONGEST" sort of... mind.
