Time for a meeting of the minds across dragon-kind! Qibli the SandWing is a dragon from the "Wings of Fire" book series by Tui T. Sutherland and a student at the Jade Mountain Academy. Smolder is a dragon from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and a student at Twilight Sparkle's School of Friendship.
They're probably comparing notes, trading study habits and trying to see who has the most epic group of world-saving friends. It's a tough call! No doubt Smolder is trying to wow Qibli with tales of her own adventures (perhaps even trying to impress him?) while he's paying careful attention to what she's saying ... and what she's not saying.
