Since break is over, comics and things will slow down (as if it wasn't slow enough). Oh well, only like 15 days left for seniors~

☆ New Character ☆
South Vietnam, a quiet girl who was favored by Emperor Bảo Đại to watch over the land. She and North Vietnam were always together until politics get in the way of their mutual existence. This would end up making them rivals and soon, deadly enemies.

Basically, the whole point of this meeting was to settle the military disputes out in Indochina ever since France was forced to withdraw.

Now, in Vietnam the 17th Parallel ended up dividing the country politically, even though that was not the goal. But hey, things happen. The British were the ones to present the idea of a general election in Vietnam, though the United States did not like it.

The communist party in Vietnam had waaaay more popularity than the nationalists. So if the elections were to happen, North Vietnam would certainly win, making Vietnam a communist country.

More provisions agreed upon in the Geneva Conference of 1954 coming up next time.
