The Gazunk is a large-billed bird, and that bill is lined with holes. Using its clawed feet, the Gazunk can play those holes as if its bill was a flute, making a delightful melody. It liked to come out at night, and may have acted as a sort of will-o-wisp for people wandering in the woods.

There was no actual description of the bird, except that it had the bill with holes and used its feet to play. I went with like a toucan/stork combo and gave it a long thick tail to help it balance when it's on one leg.
