Description This is a canon character from the Exalted RPG. His name is Peleps Deled, a Dragon-Blooded martial artist. He is supposed to be a bane of the Anathema in this game. It was fun to draw this piece, and I'm fond of how the cloak turned out!

Now the real question is whether the Exaltation is of the Dragons or from the Dragons?
