Description
A juvenile tyrannosaur. It's lost it's downy baby fluff, but still has some lingering feathers.Really the first painting I've done. I don't mind the way it turned out, but since I'm such a newb at acrylics and painting, if anyone has a good acrylics tutorial, I'd be much oblidged.

I am pretty sure adult T-rex had feathers too just not that many. Maybe some on there arms and head and tail and that's about it! Too me this T-rex looks like in adult. I really like it!

Thanks so much! It was pretty fun, so hopefully Ill get a chance to do some more! I need better pain brushes and more varieties of paint.

Well, I was supposed to take a painting dinosaurs class with Pat Redman, but unfortunately the Denver Museum never actually scheduled it. So I've been bugging him for pointers and trying a couple of different tutorial techniques. I'm working on painting my little feathered Bambiraptor right now, so hopefully that'll look nice.
