I apologize for the very late comment, but I went and purchased this Win7 theme. One year later, I am still using it!

Half of the theme isn't working for me. I followed the instructions and my windows and taskbar don't have the same look as in the pictures. i installed everything i needed and rebooted my computer multiple times but it still won't work. how do i go about making my taskbar and windows look like the picture?
Also, is there any way to change the backgrounds other than those included in the package?

The biggest problem is I live in a country where any service other than Paypal isn't feasible in fact there really isn't any cheap alternative to paypal! :\
What you can do is use any money exchanger to send me money.
