Togusa from Ghost in the Shell as a Magic card!I know he's not strictly a cyborg, but he has a cyberbrain, so i made him a cyborg so he'd fit in with the whole squad.

I like it! Though I think the way MtG usually represents cyborgs is by saying "Artifact Creature - Human," letting the "Artifact" part mark them as a cyborg.
