I went out by the river this morning because I could hear the Eagles and the Osprey, but never could see them. So I went to my back yard leaveing the dog in the house! And managed to get three decent shots of birds! IT may be all the same bird I do not know, I mean kind of bird. I can hardly wait to show them to you. But I have put too much stuff on lately so will have to wait to share. You will be proud of me George, I think

Thank you Tony...I was feeding them in 2 different locations... put down the food they would fly over ..giving me a chance to shoot some landing pics...while they were eating...I would moved down stream to another opening and wait till they had finished up..then throw out some more corn kernels and here they come, giving me another chance to get that"just right"shot....

These ducks were pairing up already for the breeding season.. should be a great place to find and get some nesting shots and latter on some little duckling pics.... saw 3 hooded mergansers here. to far out for posting pics though...I do hope they stay around
