Unless I'm wrong, just looking at your stat sheet it looks like your seals stat should be at 2.5. You're right to have it at 2 so that you don't exceed the 30 point limit for jounins, but just make sure you have a note in the description saying that you've sacrificed that 0.5 in seals to meet the points limit. If you raise in rank for Niro you can apply that extra 0.5 at that time.
