something I did for my favorite Pokemon. This is how I normal portray them myself, so it not 100% accurate to probably the actual canon.

1.Physical Anatomy-
Gardevoirs are a feminine humanoid pokemon. their skin is white and soft to the touch and have green hair that is close to human hair. They have three long ears on the side of their heads, large reptile(or feline) like eyes that glow in the dark, lacking a nose, and a mouth. they have three fingers and three toes on their hands and feet respectively.
around their waist the have six long flaps of skin that resembles some sort of dress, it's unknown was its exact purpose is. Because of evolving to be a psychic creature, it's physical form is frail and can be rather easy to hurt. Also, they have superior senses of sight and hearing.

coming from the front and back of their body they have a "psychic-fin-crystal" that has some very unique properties. normally is not even a solid object, able to phase straight through anything as if it was even there. But when a gardevoir feels threatened or engaged in battle, the organ quickly because a solid and extremely hard that also rather sharp. This organ's purpose is to generate a psychic shield around the gardevoir to protect from physical attacks, but can be easily broken by strong psychic attacks and haunting ghost attacks. this organ also glows too just like their eyes.

normal gardevoirs have green hair with a pinkish/redsih hue eyes and psychic-fin-crystal. the more rare shiny versions have blue hair, a bit of bluish tint to their skin, and orange eyes and psychic-fin-crystal.

2. Behavior and intelligence-
Gardevoirs a typical very gentle creatures and also very smart, but best when one has a trainer/owner. If treated well, a gardevoir will be an extremely loyal fighter and friend to her master. willing to do anything for their master, she will defend their life with suicidal zeal to protect them. Due to their loyal and loving nature, it's not unheard of owners to fall in love with them. who wouldn't want a girlfriend that will never question them, protect, and help whenever?!

They are also very sociable and learns fast. while only able to say variations of "gardevoir" with their mouths, they mostly communicate via telepathy and can learn any human language. One that has a human master will act more human and do normal human things, to the point where it's hard to think of them as a Pokemon.

3. Psychic powers-
they don't classify them as psychic for nothing. Gardevoirs have extremely powerful and well-evolved brains that have amazing psychic powers. All gardevoirs can speak telepathically, teleport, read others minds, levitate and shoot out basic psychic energy. But are able to turn and evolve further to learn more powers and spells with their big brains to use.
