My first picture of 2010!

Happy New Year everyone!

I realized how little attention that I've been paying to Asali and Cobra lately, and I had to do annother picture of Li! My picture of Cobra will have to wait until I've finished the list of other things that I have to do!

Also, some of you may have noticed that Li's markings are a little different. Since she's a cross of Winged and Legendary her markings get a little more detailed as she ages. So I added a little more swirlyness to the top of her white leg markings and a little more detail to her wing markings. Her design probably won't get much more compilicated than this though.

The title is because the name Asali means 'sweet like honey' I realized that I hadn't really done a picture of Asali that sort of feels like something that a Disney princess would do, which is sort of what she's based on. So she's trotting through a field of flowers with some little bluebirds

I was going to put in some forest critters, but I couldn't work on it anymore! This took me so long to finish!

I'm extremely happy with this! I love my trees, Asaali and the birds. The only thing that I'm not sure about are the colours of the sky, but it does have the look that I was going for.
