I startes this a while back, but I got lazy with coloring-- I modified the original meme a tad to suit the presented stages more.

Child (Beldum, age ~5): He looked pale, small and sickly back then because he didn't get to play outside much. Most of the time, he'd sit inside and get taught by private tutors. Used to play the piano, but stopped practicing entirely when he enrolled into a boarding school.

Teenager (Metang, age ~16): He's shot up in height and got a tan when he started with various sports activities. It was literally his rebellious phase where he often grew out his hair, smoked and dressed improperly. Mellowed out again after graduation and the death of his 'Grandmother'.

Adult I (Metagross, current age): That's Ulrich how he's known now. A proper, cynical gentleman, involved in gang activities while under the guise of a civilian.

Adult II (Metagross, age ~35): Assuming that he continued to stay in the business, he's 'evolved' into a stereotypical gangster. Having most likely been to jail a couple of times (and bailed out just as fast), he's hardened physically as well as mentally. He's become more aggressive but also more true to himself, and pursuits the gang's goals with great ambition.
