Apologies, I know the photos aren't brilliant. It's been really bad light today, but I wanted to get this photographed and uploaded. So I'll probably update them at some point when the light is better.

Anyway! This is a prototype which I made for myself, just to test things out. It's made from anti-pill polar fleece, has a fold-up cuff to make it slightly adjustable, and is lined inside with another layer of fleece for added warmth (and also to hide ugly seams, tehe). I was also careful to cut pieces in relation to how the fleece stretches, so it stretches out a fair bit to fit bigger heads. I have plans to make more of these in different designs and sizes to sell at Christmas fayres and on Etsy and such, since they're really simple and quick to make.

I used a rather nice tutorial made by ~clearkid , but then modified it a bit by changing the cuff and adding the lining (and obviously the panda face!) The lining was tricky to work out, but in the end I made a big sausage - the white hat piece, cuff piece, then black hat piece - and left a small gap through which I pulled it right-side out, folded the black end inside the white, and then finished up the seam as I would a plushie with ladder stitch. Seemples!

What d'you think? Worth selling if I get a few more made?
