Happy Birthday, `SanguineEpitaph !I've had this sta.shed for a while, as I got it all photographed and uploaded before I sent it. =Lushbob and =jaichizuru had a sneak peek, but I wanted to keep it under wraps until I knew for certain that the card had been received, because if he'd seen it online before he got it in the post, it would have ruined my surprise!
So, this is what I made for the lovely `SanguineEpitaph for his birthday.
And I'm pleased that I even got to upload it on his birthday!It involved a couple of trips to the craft store, one or two weeks of planning and working on it on and off, and more than a few less-than-satisfactory emotes sent to the recycling bin. I took it slow; it was sooo much fun to make!!
I made a few boo-boos...
But the main messy part is on the inside, which I conveniently didn't show you! Aha!
The most trouble I had was in making the mini Xak. I just couldn't get it right, but I think he came out pretty good in the end - faux-hawk and all!

Materials:
Light blue, medium blue and yellow craft paper
Dark blue textured card
Letraset Promarkers (thanks to ~siannefraser for lending me hers... ;D)
Black 0.05mm fineliner
Scalpel
Glue. Obviously.
