*wants that home* it's such a unusal area for a home, but yet, it almost looks as though it belongs there.
Such an odd scene.

frank lloyd wright.. very famous designer in the 30's if I'm correct. His stain glass windows are wonderful. Nice pic of Falling water though.

It actually is a natural water fall. The house was built to include by not hinder the flow of the waterfall. Thanks for the comment.

I had this building reffered at my university, it's great to see it's picture on dA. This house looks like it's flourishing with green.

Interestingly the house was decorated (interior and exterior) in hues of brown and reds. Not a lot of green. Frank Lloyd tried to make this more part of the waterfall and the rocks than the environment as a while.

that looks exceptionally peaceful...
I love how the foliage acts as a frame for the shot....its almost as if the house was painted there on a canvas of leaves....great angle
I would love to visit that house (if it is a house)
is that in germany?

thanks, the point for including trees was to frame the house and give it a more wilderness feel. worked out well to me. this is a house in virginia.

Holy COW that is intense. I'm not one for being gratuitous, but if I ever came into large sums of money...
I love water shots, and you did a great job of the composition in this piece. The house is framed beautifully by the trees, and, of course, the water looks divine. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks. I love the waterfall. Living there would be cool, you step out onto the patio and if you look over the edge you get to see the waterfall below. very cool.

It almost looks like the trees in the foreground seperated, like pieces of a puzzle, just for this photograph making a beautiful framing of foliage everywhere. The house is really interesting and beautiful, and perfectly centered as far as I can tell anyway.

This is a great shot I think. I'm sure this house has been photographed many, many times, but I hadn't seen one that shows it in such peaceful seclusion. The lush vegetation is wonderful..

I think the title fits so well with this shot. I can see the serenity surround the area in this picture. The position of the lightmakes even more beautiful. Nice shot!

Beautiful framing, in the way the green surrounds the house on all sides-- it really emphasizes how much the house is part of the forest, embedded in it. Great job!

thanks for all your very cool comments. the house looks beautiful on the outside, however, the inside is not as glorious as you would think. nice thems to rooms and use of nature, but the living areas are very, very small.
