Description
The Nebula class starship U.S.S. Monitor leaving orbit of a planet, somewhere beyond the final frontier.The original image was requested by and please do head over to his profile page as well to check it out!
ORIGINAL:
COMPOSITION: Starfield rendered in Lightwave and composited with the remaining background in Photoshop (digital painting from scratch by me). Ship rendered in Lightwave and composited with some post work in Photoshop. Completely recreated the planet and also fixed some issues with the starfield (which you won't see in the original, unless you look at it in high resolution).
MESHES: Nebula class by Luca Silingardi (texture modifications/retexturing in parts done by me).
