A coffee tea break drawing I did at school today (almost three months since I graduated, but still hanging around because they can’t kick me out, mwahahaha!)
Morri giving his mum a hug.
I’m loving my new non-photo blue pencils. Except that I kinda really like the look of having the colored sketch visible beneath the lineart, which kinda defeats the whole “non-photo” (=invisible when scanned in black and white) thing. Also found out scanning in grayscale isn’t enough, it has to be black and white, because my scanner actually is just that kind of terminator that actually can see the blue that’s supposed to be invisible for scanners. Go figure. (I love it.)

I was about to ask if Morri's capable of picking his Mama up in that hug, then I recalled that upper body strength is more a biped thing.
Was this in his adolescent years? He just seems to me a little less "stretched out" than when he said goodbye to her. ( pg27 )

Morri was born normal sized. His bones stretched in a growth spur of epic proportions once he hit puberty.
