The colors turned out even better then I hoped for, I'm happy
I think it's interesting that the three base colors + green is in it in very clear colours...
The tails lines look bit wonky, but it has the tail curled around the branch.

Let's see... to me, chimecho doesn't look like it resemble any animal, so I took inspiration from various animals for some of the shapes and just went on and drew this... thingy ^^
It's mostly some mollusc and jellyfish to it...
The eyes are a bit of a side side-story. Chimechos eyes are completely yellow, so I decided to do something different with the eyes and gave it "reflective" eyes. The color of the eye are actually the pupil that glows when hit by light and swift in color. If you've never seen any animal with this kind of eyes, this chimescos eyes might look quite odd to you! If you want to see an example, you could look up any Chimaera (rabbitfish/chimerafish?) or mudskipper
speices.

I image chimecho to just be a small, odd creature with complex behaviour (something as it's described in the pokedex, I recall). Chimecho look like a marine animal to me, but I thought that it maybe could have a bit of an amphibic life-style, that it's mostly upon land but need to stay damp.
I recall they climb/hang in trees, so I draw it upon a branch...
I think that the chimechos maybe feed on leaves (and maybe have a radula, a tongue looking thing snails scrape lose their food with) from the trees, which would be why they go up there.
They hang in that head-cup and make odd sounds too? This could be scare tactics maybe... it could have slime producing glands and a massive set of muscles to make the cup work upon land. Maybe they sleep hanging around like that too?
But I'm uncertain, I need to find out what the pokedex says about this pokemon before I figure anymore
[EDIT] I checked up chimecos descriptions, and the noise-behavior suits well as a defence act. The dex also said that chimecho use the tail to pluck berriers with
