if you can't afford Photoshop and don't trust torrents like my self you can always get gimp or inkscape for free. I'm not sure if they work the same as Photoshop how ever

The robots look like the drones from Half Life 2, I can see a lot of concept art influences here, and this is a really well-painted piece, even though it's a speed-paint.
