It's a good job Wilt doesn't have to wear clothes as humans understand it because he's got such an odd shape. Between his missing arm, near lack of a torso and looooooong legs, he'd be hard-pressed to find anything that fits just right. Plus, I'd imagine that having your eyes up on stalks would make hat-wearing pretty difficult.
It's true, we've seen him in a tuxedo and other finery before, but they must've had a mightily wicked tailor on those occasions. Other than that, it's just kind of funny imagining what it'd be like for Wilt to try fitting into everyday humans' attire ^_^
Tried a different colouring technique on this one, going for that men's-wear-model-in-a-swanky-magasine look. I think I like it . . .

After seeing the episode where Bloo wants to go to the fair but is stuck in the sewing shop with Madame Foster makes me think that she tailors Wilt's clothes on occasion.

But I like the clothes used here, the more amazing thing is his smile that highlights against the bleak landscape ... I just love this pic! Great colors and desing, very well done the proportion of his body, You proyected his character very well!!
