we have a trio of Liquorice's pets

"So, welcome to my next original idea, a reboot for the classic board game: Candyland; mainly a project that would be a new animated movie that could lead to a animated series. Now, this reboot was heavily based off the animated film based on the game from the early 2000's; yes the one my friends turned into a meme with the villain song. I wanted to make a new version of the movie that fixed some of the complaints the moive got from reviewers (mainly from people like Bobsheux) as well as to make something to have more staying power outside of memes XD. Not that there's anything wrong with "Liquorice Land"
For this version, it would have some little feelings of The Wizard of Oz with a pair of human kids journeying to the Candy Castle to with sidekicks to help them gain character development. I was excited to work on this, espeically redesigning my hubbies, but we'll get there when we get there.
And yeah, I'm only showing a singular character design, but due to offline stuff, I haven't had the time to draw some character sheets, so this Is all we're getting... sorry hope that's understandable."

For the first of these, going from the smallest to the biggest, we have Spidora, Liquorice's pet spider. As part of Liqourice's team of pets, Spidora is more of the trap master, using her powers to shoot out sticky webs to trap trespassers and she was the one that made a massive web that was used to hold the King, Queen and Princess after Liquorice captured them after wrapping them up in his liquorice vines. And while she's small, she is also incredibly fast; which helped her finally capture Eleanor, Bradley and Lolly in the near climax.
Now, Spidora was only a part of the old PC game based off Candyland, alongisde the other pets of Liqourice, but I wanted to add them as extra villains since I thought it would be fun to have more minion variety instead of just having an army of Liqourice bites (which were probably included for budget reasons since they could just copy and paste). And since she's part of Liquorice's kingdom, I made her more red themed in colour, matching her very close relationship to Liqourice.
