A really quick design I tried to do of my own "version" of April from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It was for a contest on a forum about creating your own character designs but then I realized that the contest was long dead...by some years. Yeah I'm dumb.

But I decided to put it up here anyway. April O'Neil, 19 year old investigative journalist, ready to get down to business! While brainstorming the character with a friend we decided she would either be mixed race or adopted. But I decided on adoption.

Her birth name is Everett in honor of Lee Everett (From the Walking Dead video game) who was the best thing to ever happen to the TWD game series and it all went down hill when he died.
