This is a cute spring maiko I drew this passed fall. I used this photo from flickr as reference for the pose and a little bit of the lighting [link] , but I designed her kimono, obi and kanzashi myself. I also, changed the maiko's face a bit too. I'm completely in love with her kimono now... I wish I could buy it and wear it. I bought a karinui in a similar colour which can hopefully keep me happy, though it doesn't have that cool gradated blue along the hem and sleeve bottoms.Prints of this piece are currently up for sale in my Etsy shop: [link]

You're getting more accurate with each new drawing! The only miss I can find is a lack of maezashi and slight hints of white in the collar. I <3 wisteria so much <3 You should try drawing Ayano-chan! She's gotta be one of the cutest maiko in all of Gion Kobu!
