The free "Adobe photoshop Elements Editor" version.
It's rather something for beginners because it has no texture brushes and the blurring tool is very bad.
But it's really easy to understand and it's good enough for portraits like this

Sombra looks like Toothless.
But the fur.
And the horn.

It kinda looks like Sombra's horn is growing out from the side of his head and he's got the longest neck in pony history, but everything else is ridiculously pretty!

its hard to see but his arm is bent,
the shoulder should be where luna's hair makes a bow so the neck shouldn't be too long
