While scuba diving in the Pacific Northwest it’s common to see a lot of gunnels. They are tiny and cute and whenever they see us they always have this startled expression of “UHHHH?!" Often you’ll see many gunnels crammed in a hole with only their stupid worried-looking faces poking out.I made this illustration for a shirt. I wanted it to look scientific at first but depict the truly amazing face as most divers would see it. Check out the shirt HERE!
