Look at that face. It warms the heart to see such a goofy-looking bird that's so unaware of how inevitable its extinction is.Anyway, I got home yesterday and thought, "Today I'm going to build a MOC using bronze!" About two hours later, this was the result. I am very happy with it, but (like the dodo) this MOC shouldn't be taken too seriously! The dodo also features in this MOC review.
18/5/13: I have added wing articulation, allowing me to take pictures such as the one in the bottom left. Run, Melon, run!
09/08/14: Gave the Dodo googly eyes!

Thanks very much! The little picture is called a thumbnail, and you can post it in an Artist's Comment or Journal using the code underneath the word 'Thumb' on the right hand side of the deviation. For example, the Dodo's code is :thumb372173085: . Hope that helped

I know, I tried putting a thumbnail in the description of one of my deviations (the thumbnail was supposed to be of another view).
The Preview didn't show it as a thumbnail image, nor when I updated the deviation.
I also tried it in a Journal, and in the the Preview showed the image.

I'll admit that I'm quite curious as to the actual construction of newly maneuverable wing. And "Melon"? Is that the Dodo's name?

It's a simple hip piece [link] held on the axle of the Chronicler's Staff, and each Metru foot is attached onto a ball joint. Melon is indeed the dodo's name, thanks to Ice Age
