Why, do you have any sources on them eating other animals? Because all sources I read about them stated they are eating only spiders.

No, it's just that their adaptation allows them to keep more things away from their bodies than just spiders. They could perhaps switch to other prey, it surprises me that the entire group only feeds on spiders... or do they have other adaptations making other prey impossible?

Misunderstood it, then. Not sure about any other adaptions, or whether there is something that special about spider bodies. But the photo in the link is a proof that the superfamily definitely munches at least flies as well.
